About the Author
Ajay Singh Yadav was born in 1954. He joined the Indian Administrative services in 1976 and served as a civil servant in various capacities. He retired voluntarily from the service in December 1997. He now works as a farmer a freelance writer and a champion of unpopular cause like the abolition of caste.
